Boat has had a ton of maintenance and new parts in the last year. Here is a partial list: New eisenglass rear enclosure, New Battery charger, New Vacuum flush head and pumps, Bottom paint done Spring 2014, Rebuilt Windlass, Front A/C unit rebuilt, New Bilge Pump, New Search light, New Stereo, New Microwave.
The motors are twin 454 Crusader inboards with newly rebuilt Carbs. The motors have 1325 hours since rebuilds. Motors and V-drive units are very sound.
Both A/C units work fine. The interior is in very nice shape. It is styled from the 80's, but the condition is nice.
The cockpit is nice with the vinyl in good shape. There are a couple of minor rips/tears, but is very useable and looks fine.
The gelcoat has some sun fade. Could use a nice buff and wax, but there is no damage. This boat is stored in a covered slip, but it is a 1986 and it has sun fade.
***Update from Seller: 6.5 KW Onan Generator being installed as a replacement for the original which stopped working.
09/01/2015: Dropped the new unit off at the marine repair shop today. Even though the seller advised that the unit had been recently rebuilt, my dealer is going to go through it again to make sure everything is right. They will also change the oil, replace the impeller on water intake, and give it a good going over. The work will be completed very quickly as these items will only take a couple days for parts if needed and install will be done in one day as it is exactly the same size and connections as the unit that was removed.
